RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time, we may be waiting for a new product inventory. We apologise if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to Omnis Pura.

If you are not happy with our products, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back excluding postage costs. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability.

After you order and buy the goods and change your mind in a short time, please let us know by contacting: ea@omnispura.co.uk immediately before posting your item. However, if you still want to send the item immediately after you have received, you may still send them back.

If you do wish to return your items, what you should do step by step is below:

• BE SURE garments must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags attached.

​

• PLEASE NOTIFY us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods if you would like to return your order. To do this please send an email and request a return. Include your order number in this email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange or return.  

​

• THEN you may return goods by registered or express post, postmarked within 7 (seven) days of your receipt. You pay for the delivery cost and send them to us in their original condition.

• AS THE LAST STEP, first when we receive it, we check the goods whether they are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Second, we check the sender and buyer information with the e-invoice as the proof of purchase. Third, you will get your refund in 5 (five) workdays in your bank account. Once we receive the returned item Omnis Pura will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

In these cases, we cannot accept your return and pay back to you.

• Omnis Pura will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities.

​

• We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

​

• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

​

• We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

​

• Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. 

Our company is composed of women entrepreneurs trying to manufacture unique, niche baby clothing products.  All our handmade items are made to order. They are hand knitted with 100% GOTS Certified Organic Yarns. We take the order and produce ASAP. 

Omnis Pura’s sustainable knit clothes are hand knitted by our Anatolian artisan women team in our knitting atelier located in less developed Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey through women empowerment and social responsibility project with adherence to the "Fair Trade" guidelines. 

Manufacturing the purest and the healthiest natural products consciously is our motto. In our collections, we have many different organic baby clothing and hand-knitted products. 

NO harmful chemicals, NO GMOs, NO pesticides, NO toxic fertilisers, NO dyes containing formaldehyde or heavy metals and colourants on baby’s tender skin.

We are here for the purest and the healthiest for babies. We dedicatedly design our products as heirloom clothes aiming at a modern touch on the classic hand knit.
